OTUOA is:
A condominium association in a private, guarded and gated oceanfront community that is responsible for maintaining the common grounds and common amenities for 602 members housed in 5 individual condominium association buildings.
The Mission of the OTUOA is:
- To promote the overall well-being of the Ocean Trail Condominium community.
- To enhance the quality of life by maintaining beautiful grounds and community amenities in top condition.
- To provide a safe and welcoming environment in which to relax and enjoy our oceanfront setting, beautifully maintained surroundings, recreational facilities, and social activities.
